Dr Chung graduated from medical school at the University of Melbourne in 2003. His basic physician training was undertaken at the Austin and Northern Hospitals. Upon completion of the physician examinations, he was appointed the Elizabeth Austin Registrar at Austin Hospital overseeing physician training and general medical care.
