The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (the Commission) coordinates the National Hand Hygiene Initiative (NHHI) as part of a suite of initiatives to prevent and control infections in healthcare. Victorian Gut Centre participates in this initiative with the aim of improving hand hygiene by benchmarking local data against the national data.
